Sunday Afternoon

Jenni's situation has deteriorated from last night. They just had to up her oxygen on the vent to 60% she continues to work against the machine, a sign of rigidity in her lungs. Her level on the vent is still at 250, no change.

They did not take an x-ray this am. When they gave her a bath her pulse fell, but it came back on its own.

Ordinarily the word stable is a good thing, not now. We have needed to see some improvement and have had none. It looks like factor VII through the IV has had no efect--at least to me. As a matter of fact she had to recieve blood today, this is another negative sign.

She was able to look at me when I spoke to her a few moments ago. She looked at me. It was good to see her green eyes--eye I should say. Her left eye is still swollen shut.

So, things here are deteriorating and we continue to ask for your prayers.
Grace and Peace
Layne

We attended Brookford today. We are friends with Jeremiah and Tamara and we all had prayer for you guys today. I don't think we ever met the times we visited before but in keeping up with your story I feel like I know at least part of you and we'll continue to pray as we have for the past weeks. Through God, all things are possible.

Jenni, Josh, and all the Wallaces are in our thoughts every minute. I know that's little comfort with everything you're going through but know that we're here for anything you need and any support we can give.

I am lifting prayers for you! It breaks my heart to think about what all of you are going through. I keep sending people to this website to hopefully generate funding so that you will have one less thing to worry about.

Layne, Stephanie, Maddie, Josh, and all the family,
I lift each of you up in unending prayer for healing, guidance, comfort, and love, all in the name of Jesus, the Great Physician. Knowing that He is in control and has the ultimate healing powers for Jenni, I know is a source of comfort and strength for all of you. Each child in the Children's Choir at Rosemary lifted Jenni and the family up in individual prayer and petition to our Great God! It was quite overwhelming to hear the love they have and their complete trust in God's healing powers. They even lifted Maddie up in special prayer as well. Please know that I am praying with all my heart for you all. Debbie Blackwelder

To you all, I pray for continued strength to support Jenni. I pray for Josh to find peace with whatever decision comes. I pray for Jenni to feel the comfort and love that surrounds her first from her Lord, then from her family, and then from all of us who have been touched by her struggle to get to healing.

Again, as I said earlier, let go and let God. Let me know if I can help in any way. Love to you all, Sophia

God's Word instructs us to pray for one another for healing James 5:16), so as long as there is breath we should continue to pray. We are praying for Jenni, Josh, and family for God's grace to heal Jenni, strengthen and comfort all of you and just touch you all in a special way as only He can.

Hey, Just remember that God has the whole world in his hands, just think "IN HIS HANDS" Thats all of us. Jenni you are gonna be alright, you and Judi sure use to sing at the daycare when you were little girls. Lord, we come to you for Jenni that you will lay your annointed hands of love on her and heal her from the top of her head to the soles of her feet, protect her like a mother hen does her chicks (with her wings). In the name of the Father, his son, and the sweet holy ghost amen amen amen

God is in control. Remember that at all times. Whenever you are at the bleakest, God sees your cry. When Jesus hung on the cross and finally took his last breath, everyone was sad, but we know him dying on the cross was VICTORY. Satin lost then and he will lose again. When it is time for Jenni, you and all of us to meet the Lord, we will be in a better place. Only God knows when it is time for us all to leave this world and although you may not be ready, Jenni is a testimony to us all and we will know that she is at the Father's feet when it is all over. God Bless you. Jenni and the family are in our prayers. Melinda and Terry Gentry

Layne, Stephanie, Maddie, Josh, and the rest of the family: We missed you in church today. Layne, your sermons on Sundays and Wednesdays have been truly uplifting to me, and I have enjoyed listening to all your words of wisdom. Now, you are in need of some uplifting words, and I wish I could say all the right things. This is such a difficult time, and I simply can not imagine what all of you are going through. Just know that you are in my daily, nightly, and anytime prayers! We had a moving service today, and I was led to the alter to lift Jenni and your family up in prayer. Please know that you are all loved and thought of tremendously, and I continue to pray for healing in Jenni, peace and comfort for Josh in his decisions, the determination and abilities in the doctors, and the strength you all need during this most difficult time. May God bless all of you!
