Conference with the Doc

We had a good conversation with Dr. Katz. He is one the few who seems to have any concern at all.

At this point he suggests that we continue on the course we are on. The dialysis is removing 100 ccs of fluid from her body per hour. This will help take pressure off of her body. We are trying two meds to help the clotting. One is a clotting drug one is an arthritis drug that seems to help in cases like Jenni's

If the bleeding Jenni's lungs slows or stops the evidence will be in the decreased need for the vent.

Please continue to pray for us

Grace and Peace
Layne

PS Dr Katz is actually rather kind---so scratch him off of the disturbed cottonmouth list.

We are praying for the bleeding to stop. Glad to know that there is one Dr that has some compassion and is working with you all. That is a answer to prayer. I'll take him off my disturbed cottonmouth list. Layne, Jenni is in our hearts and all of you are in our thoughts and prayers. I am truly seeing God in all of this, the prayers being offered is something I rarely have seen. Jenni is a fighter and a Wallace to the bone. Katie Nichols

Hi I got Jenni's name and condition from Emily Allred, my daughter,
Jenni has been put on our prayer list at Laurinburg Christian Church.

Praise the Lord! It's so much easier when someone will actually tell you something. Checking the blog on a regular basis. Samaria is still praying for all of you, and especially for Layne as we understand so clearly how much he needs his sleep and how dearly he loves his little sister. I still believe that we are going to see a real miracle! What a wonderful witness you all have already been to so many. Will continue to pray.

By the way, Layne and family, Theresa Pulley's surgery went well today. She and Don send their love and prayers. Sophia

Jenni, Our love and prayers go out to you and the entire family. You are a true fighter and we know that you belong to God's family and we are praying that you will continue the fight and remember Thad and I are praying for you and we thank him that we have been allowed the wonderful privilege of praying for our loved ones (and you are certainly one of our loved ones. Our entire family (Rhonda and Dave In Agusta) (Seth at the University of South Carolina)(Angela and Rodney - Caroline and Jon)and of course Thad and I here in Rockingham are lifting you up and praying for strength and grace sufficient for your needs. Please remember that we all love you and are praying for another miracle.

Layne, Please tell Jenni that I'm thinking of her every day. She is truly a fighter just like your mom was. Mom and I are praying for a recovery soon and I know that with the Lord's help and the path that he has for her she will be fine. I hope nothing but the best. Tell everyone hello and I love them. Andrea
